Often young, up and coming athletes are unsure of what they should be doing to compliment their sport. Typically, it’s a program you found online, or a sports coach has given you a few exercises to do. This can be causing more harm than good…

We see lots of young athlete’s that come into our gym where their bodies are beaten up and overworked due to a lack of understanding around Strength & Conditioning. The approach of more is better, is still common practice enlisted by old school coaches and parents.

With over 12+ Years experience, in professional, college and team-sport settings, our coaches have created The Athlete Development Program (ADP).

We created this program to provide you with the correct knowledge and support you need to build confidence and reliability in your body to perform consistently.

Our Strength & Conditioning program is designed for athlete’s in the Ringwood area, who are wanting to take their performance to the next level.

    Our performance, biomechanics and strength testing allows us to understand what each athlete individually requires to succeed at his or her sport.

  • Individually Tailored Programming

    After our assessment, each athlete receives a program that is tailored specifically to their individual needs. This fast tracks improvement and performance.

  • Elite Level Coaching Systems & Staff

    Our head coach has had Elite experience coaching in college sports in North America. His learnings has allowed him to apply elite processes and systems to our training program. Our Strength & Conditioning coaches have undergone University Level courses and experience at the elite performance level, bringing a wealth of knowledge to the gym floor.

ATHLETE INITIATION EXPERIENCE

Our Athlete Development Program (ADP) purpose is to create robust and resilience athlete’s that can withstand the demands from their respective sports. Once we have achieved our first objective, Our secondary objective is to build and improve our capacities (e.g. Speed, power, aerobic conditioning). Our initiation process allows us to objectively measure where an athlete is at in regards to movement, strength, power and speed. From here, we understand each athlete’s strength’s and weakness and formulate a plan of action to achieve set objectives.

  • STEP 1 - GOAL SETTING

    We formulate some clear objectives to achieve from a strength & conditioning aspect. Once the objective’s are clear, action around these objectives are put into place to ensure goals are sort after.

  • STEP 2 - PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT

    Our initiation process allows us to objectively measure where an athlete is at in regards to movement, strength, power and speed. From here, we understand each athlete’s strength’s and weakness and formulate a plan of action to achieve set objectives.

  • STEP 3 - NUTRITION, HEALTH & WELLBEING

    The final step is to complete a review with our nutritionist. In this meeting, you will thoroughly review your health and wellbeing which supports you performance on field.

  • STEP 4 - START OUR ADP

    After completing the first 3 stages of our initiation, you’re ready to begin training in our ADP sessions. Each session is kept to a maximum of 6 people per coach to ensure a quality experience for each of our athletes.
